Provide assistance when possible and connect candidates with the appropriate resource when additional support is needed.

  • Maintain a positive candidate relationship throughout the hiring process by being responsive, professional, and willing to assist with questions or concerns.

  • Ensure candidate information and documentation are accurate and complete before transitioning candidates to the appropriate next step or team member.
