Job Title: Concrete Superintendent/Coordinator
Location: TVA – Kingston, TN
Hourly Rate: Depending on experience
Per Diem: $160/day

Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and field personnel in high-risk, schedule-driven industrial construction environments.
Enforce and model a strong industrial safety culture, including OSHA compliance, LOTO, confined space, and hot work requirements.
Interface effectively with Project Managers, QA/QC, Safety, Commissioning, and Client representatives.
Support planning, execution, and coordination activities to meet project schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of verifiable industrial construction experience, including power generation, heavy industrial, refinery, or large energy infrastructure projects.
Experience on large-scale projects, preferably $1B+ EPC or multi-prime environments.
5+ years of industrial structural concrete experience, including:
Mass concrete placements
Equipment foundations
Elevated slabs
Hands-on experience with:
Formwork, rebar, and embed installation
Concrete pours and curing processes
QC, testing, and inspection coordination
Physical Requirements: Employees must be able to safely perform the essential functions of "the position" with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Perform sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing, and working extended shifts
- Lift, carry, push, and pull tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and work in varied body positions
- Work at heights and in confined or restricted spaces
- Work in outdoor and indoor environments under varying weather and site conditions
- Work on uneven, slippery, or rough terrain in active industrial or construction settings
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including fall protection and respiratory protection when required
- Maintain situational awareness and communicate effectively to work safely around moving equipment and hazards
